By the age of five, Pat Allen was exhibiting a strong artistic talent and a love of horses. Both have remained consistent in the events of her life.
Her paintings reflect an intimate knowledge of the country and happenings of life on a working cattle ranch.
Studying with Jan Maters from the Royal Academy of Holland in techniques used by „The Old Masters‰, combined with her own style and pallet, she depicts the western cowboy and landscapes in a way that is uniquely her own.
