| John Raymond Cosgrove (1902-1965). Painter. Born in California on June 6, 1902.
By 1930 “Jack“ Cosgrove had settled in Los Angeles and was employed by the movie studios as a cameraman and scene painter. His crew painted 125 small oil paintings which created the backdrop for the railroad station scene in Gone with the Wind.
He died in Los Angeles on March 10, 1965.
