| Dedicated to art with themes of the American northwest, David Franklin moved to Seattle in the 1990s with the idea of becoming an airplane mechanic. But his attention turned to the animals and birds and symbolism in totem poles, and he became an apprentice and assistant to Duane Pascoe, a prominent Northwest artist.
He is also intrigued by graphic design.
