Founder of Griffin's Art Store in 1897, Charles Griffin lived in New Bedford, Massachusetts. He exhibited at the New Bedford Art Association, and his work is at the Old Dartmouth Historical Society. At the end of his life, he was known for his photography, landscape painting, and show card designs.
