| The following information was submitted February 2013 by the artist:
Born 9.24.1940. Graduated Harvard University class of 1962. Began to paint 1970. Usual 'work in many collections in USA and abroad.
Began as a marine painter. Early American Society of Marine Artists member. First contemporary artist to be given an exhibition of his work at the Peabody Museum of Salem in 1981.Work now spans broad spectrum of subject matter. Resided in Salem, Mass. 1976-2010.
Presently works and makes his home in Chatham, Massachusetts.
