Reginald Johnson (1905-1984) Born: New York City, NY; Studied: Chouinard Art Institute (Los Angeles); Member: California Watercolor Society. Reginald Johnson moved to Los Angeles when he was fifteen and studied art with F. Tolles Chamberlin in the 1920s. By the 1930s he was showing American Scene paintings with the California Watercolor Society. He also worked as a freelance illustrator.
