Claire Kelly partners with her husband, glass artist Anthony Schafermeyer to create vessels using Schafermeyer's Graaled Cane technique, which contains Swedish and Italian elements. They make the cane with several layers of color then they engrave away some of the layers to achieve an asymmetrical pattern.
