A longtime illustrator for Easyrider magazine, David Mann did numerous
depictions of 'Harleys' and their riders, many of them with
surreal-seeming backdrops and wide-ranging from crowd racing scenes to
individuals standing by their cycles.
Mann is from Kansas City, Missouri, and influenced by a father who was
an illustrator, began doing pencil sketches in high school. In
1957, he took a job pin striping at a custom car shop and then, with
his father, enrolled in for (showing 500 of 1603 characters). |
