David Brown Milne is considered to be one of the greatest Canadian artists. He was a painter, printmaker, commercial artist, illustrator and writer who was born in Burgoyne, Ontario (100 miles North West of Toronto) and died in Bancroft, Ontario (100 miles North East of Toronto), where he had lived the last year of his life (1).
