David Olson was born in Indianapolis, Indiana in 1943. He moved to New York City and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Pratt Institute in 1965 and a Master of Fine Arts from Boston University in 1967.
His interest in drawing led him to experiment with line etching techniques in the early 1970's. He works in a detailed, realistic style and hand-colors his etchings with watercolors to add (showing 500 of 1113 characters). |
