Stephen Quillar was born in Osmond, Nebraska in 1946. He was raised in Colorado and attended Colorado State University on a Creative Fine Arts Scholarship.
Quillar taught in Secondary schools in California and Oregon returning to Colorado in the summers to work on his painting. He eventually opened a gallery with his wife in the town of Creede, Colorado. Quillar continues to paint the beaut (showing 500 of 727 characters). |
