Scott Sullivan is a resident of Bloomington and received his degree in Architectural Drafting from Vincennes University. He has won numerous awards with the Hoosier Salon, T.C. Steele Fall and spring paint outs, the New Harmony First Brush of Spring and the Indiana Heritage Arts.
