Biography from AskART:
| David Ward moved from England to Canada in 1977. He studied graphic design at George Brown College in Toronto. Ward worked in the fields of design/illustration, farming and Index Futures Trading before turning to art full time in 1987.
Ward has travelled extensively through Africa, Asia, Central America, the Canadian Arctic and Maritime Provinces. Ward also spent a year living in the artists' community of San Miguel de Allende in Mexico.
Ward's paintings have been exhibited in the "Birds in Art" exhibit by Leigh Yawkey Woodson, "Arts for the Parks" exhibition in Jackson, Wyoming and Wildlife Art International Annual Exhibitions in Ontario, Canada. |
