The following, submitted November 2004, is from the artist who lives in Pittsburgh and took his art training at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh with Edgar Whitney.
Frank Webb has been self employed as an artist since 1958. He has taught hundreds of painting seminars, worldwide and in fifty states. A dolphin fellow of the American Watercolor Society, Webb is a vice president and chairman of membership. He has served numerous times on the jury of selection and the jury of awards.
