| Born in Le Sueur, MN on Oct. 19, 1869. Plowman was a pupil of Douglas Volk, Eric Pape, and attended the Royal College of Art at South Kensington in England. He was active in Berkeley, CA as an architect and etcher from 1905-13. After 1915 he was a lived in Newark, NJ and Cambridge, MA; he died in the latter on March 26, 1932. Member: NAC; Calif.
