A painter, graphic designer and teacher Daniel Shapiro was on the art faculty of Beinnington College, beginning 1947. He also lived in New York City and did graphic designs* for record album covers and magazines including Fortune. For Howard University, he did a mural.
He had studied at Cooper Union Art School* and Columbia University. Memberships included the Artists Equity Association, Exhibition venues were Cooper Union Art School, 1940 and 1941; Oakland (showing 500 of 4372 characters). |
