The following is from Paul Carpenter:
Rachel Lachowicz went to Cal Arts. She made her mark with a feminist critique of Yves Klien's performance of body prints of women. Instead of blue
paint, she used lipstick and instead of women she used men. Her work tends to be performance-conceptually oriented.
