| "Frank Romero was born and raised in Los Angeles. He studied art
at Otis College of Art and Design and California State College (now
California State University, Los Angeles). In 1973, Romero,
Roberto de la Rocha, Gilbert Lujan and Carlos Almaráz formed an art
collective called Los Four, whose collaborations brought Chicano street
art to the attention of the mainstream art community of Los
Angeles. The University of California at Irvine, presented an
exhibition of the gr (showing 500 of 1638 characters). |
