This biography from the Archives of AskART:
| A modernist artist who creates pencil architectural drawings, she has been compared to the English cartoonist Hogarth because of her satirical treatment of modern day planning concepts in which she often places multi-cultural 18th century figures. Her primary theme is the disconnect between the dehumanizing urban landscapes and the people who inhabit them.
In March, 1999, she had a special exhibition of her work at the Marsha Mateyka Gallery in Washington D.C. |
