| A landscape and figure painter, illustrator and teacher, he was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota and spent most of his career in the Boston, Massachusetts area. He was a member of the Boston Architectural Club where in 1924, he received a special prize from sculptor Cyrus Dallin for his painting of "Indian Hunter."
His work is in the Brookline, Massachusetts Public Library and in Huntington Hall at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. |
