Ralph Novak was born in New York City on 24 February 1928, the son of George and Elsie Novak. He studied at the famed High School of Music and Art and at the High School of Industrial Arts. In 1945 he received a scholarship to the Art Student's League where he took classes with Raphael Soyer.
He moved to Los Angeles in 1946 and received a scholarship to the Kahn Ins (showing 500 of 1336 characters). |
