As a child Jill Soukup made large scale dinosaur-cut outs, sculpted ponies out of snow and created 8mm films of clay animation subjects with her brother. In high school Jill was devoted to the subject of horses and in her senior year she started an animal-portrait business. Her high school commissioned her to create murals for the hallways and her depiction of a mother and baby whale is still on display.
A graduate of Colorado State University in 1991, Jill Soukup intended to be a graphic (showing 500 of 779 characters). |
