Joseph Cave (b. 1936) is a painter and printmaker renowned for his large landscapes painted in lush oils using bold brushstrokes and color.
Joseph was born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina. He attended the University of Georgia between 1954-1958 where he majored in painting.
After two years in Germany with the United States Army, Joseph returned to the United States and moved directly to San Francisco. He received his B.F.A. from The San Francisco Art Institute in 1 (showing 500 of 1882 characters). |
