Batik Artist Dorothy "Bunny" Bowen by Larry W. Greenly, Albuquerque, NM
Dorothy "Bunny" Bowen was born in Beaumont, TX in 1945. At the age of 6 months, her family moved east, and she grew up in Virginia's Shenandoah Valley.
Bowen has always been interested in art, and even took private art lessons during elementary and high school. She attended Randolph-Macon Woman's College, originally studying biology and planning to pursue medical illustration at Johns Hopkins University. But af (showing 500 of 7095 characters). |
