Biography from David Dike Fine Art:

Vallie Fletcher was born in Beaumont, Texas and attended Baylor Female College in Belton. Her art studies included the Cooper Union in New York and the Art Students League.

Exhibited: Edgar B. Davis Wildflower Competition, 1927.
