| Eleanor Gilpatrick is a second-career, realist painter working primarily with landscapes and the figure. Although she won prizes for painting and draftsmanship (study with Abby Ostrowsky at the Educational Alliance), when she was young, she chose to study the social sciences in college and graduate school, and eventually became an expert in health care policy and human resources issues. While a professor at Hunter College, CUNY, she authored four books, directed a masters program in health servi (showing 500 of 2400 characters). |
