Born in Heidelberg, Germany on Dec. 14, 1856. Louise Vallet moved to California with her family in 1866 and settled in French Creek. She studied art in San Francisco and Santa Cruz before marrying Levi Anderson. She died in Folsom, CA on June 28, 1944. In: State Museum Resource Center (Sacramento); CSL.
