Harry Sutton was born in Salem Massachusetts in 1897. He was a
pupil at the Boston Museum of Fine Arts School and also studied at
l'Academie Julian in Paris. He resided in Andover Massachusetts
until his death in 1984 and was known for his portraits, landscapes,
and still lifes.
