Marvin Friedman exhibits a thorough knowledge of drawing in rendering the most complex subject matter with a direct reportorial manner. His color is vibrant and exciting. His control of values impressive.
Friedman was born in Chester, Pennsylvania, and his sound training was acquired at the Philadelphia Museum School of Art where he studied under Henry C. Pitz and Ben Eisenstat.
His first published work was for a small religious publication. He is now illustrating for Good Houskee (showing 500 of 764 characters). |
