The following information was submitted by Charles and Sharon Brown and was found on a label at the back of a painting: The creator of oil and watercolor paintings, etchings, wood cuts, linoleum cuts and photographs, Wiggins painted landscapes of the Hudson River and the Westchester Countryside, ships, docks, and fishing boats in Gloucester, Massachusetts, still lives, and European scenes, particularily in Pre-War Spain.
