| Joshua H. PEIRCE. Lithographer, painter. Peirce worked in NYC 1841-1842, and later in Boston where he was a partner of Wm. C. SHARP in a lithography business. In 1849 he joined the Gold Rush to California and was active in San Francisco as an artist for lithoraphers during the 1850's. He died in San Francisco.
