The following biography is from Carole Koupal Johnson, great niece of the artist.
She writes: "Marie Koupal Lusk died the year I was born. I grew up "knowing" her however, through my grandfather and my Dad. Her son, Milan, the great violinist was an idol of mine . . . Marie married Charles D. Lusk in 1884, and he became one of the well- known Bohemian attorneys in Chicago.
Marie Koupal Lusk was born in Bohemia, Czechoslovakia in 1862. She came to America with her parents when she (showing 500 of 3963 characters). |
