| llustrator. Born in Wilsonville, NE on on Nov. 20, 1887.
Timmins studied at the AIC and then cofounded the American Academy of Art in Chicago. He was a resident of Greenwich, CT prior to moving to southern California in the early 1940s.
His work appeared in Collier's and other magazines.
