Biography from Crocker Art Museum Store:

Painter. Won was a resident of San Francisco during the late 1930s and 1940s. In the 1960s he worked in Sacramento as an audio-visual assistant for the Division of Highways. Exh: Society for Sanity in Art, CPLH, 1945; Calif. Statewide (Santa Cruz), 1945; SWA, 1955. PF.
