Known for his western scene paintings, especially with horses and cowboys, Newman Myrah has his studio in Oregon and was born in Saskatchewan, Canada. He said: "...my interest in the horse and what the animal meant to the West determines the subject matter of many of my paintings."
When he was five years old, Myrah moved to Deer Lodge, Montana with his parents and was raised in a small town, where he was the only kid that seemed to have art talent. After high school, he went to commercial (showing 500 of 864 characters). |
