Married to Henry Bohney and living in the 1930s in Pottawattamie, Iowa, Jessica Bohney was a painter and educator. From 1916 to 1919, she was supervisor of art in Grand Forks, North Dakota; and from 1919 to 1922, she was in Phoenix, Arizona, where she was Supervisor of Art. By 1925 she was in Iowa, living in Cedar Falls, and later moved to Sioux City, where she became an art Supervisor.
