| Born in El Dorado, KS on Sept. 7, 1894. By the 1930s Mrs. Dunn had moved to southern California. While a resident of Laguna Beach and Sierra Madre, she studied at the Los Angeles School of Art & Design, with Ella S. Bush and Stanton MacDonald-Wright. Her forte was full-size and miniature portraits of prominent people. Her married name was Phillips at the time of her death in Los Angeles on Jan. 13, 1989. Member: Calif. Society of Min.
