| | Born in St Helena, CA on Aug. 3, 1899. Helen was the wife of L. Wallis Graves. She studied at the CSFA, UC Berkeley, Art Students League of NYC, and University of Washington. By 1941 she had settled in Seattle where she remained until her death on April 3, 1990.
