Born in Tamora, Nebraska on Jan. 2, 1886, Frank Ingels was a pupil of Lorado Taft at the Art Institute of Chicago. While in Chicago, he created the Fountain of Time.
He was active in Los Angeles from 1921until his death on April 26, 1957.
