| Born in Sublette, IL on Dec. 24, 1884. Lucy Blair moved to California with her family in 1891. In 1911 she settled in Los Angeles where she married Lester Jack. She was a charter member of the Laguna Beach Art Ass'n in 1918 and then taught art at University High School and other public schools of Los Angeles for many years. Mrs. Jack died in Los Angeles on March 17, 1941. Her painting subjects include harbor scenes, studies of trees, and the coast at Laguna. Exh: Art Teachers Ass'n of So.
