The following information is from Nancy Hooker, whose husband is the grandson of the artist, Costelle O'Donnell.
Mary Castella Edgerly was born on March 14, 1850 in Sangerville, Maine. She went to the Midwest to teach, when and what I don't know. She was married in l878 to James Lorenzo O'Donnell, a lawyer in Joliet, Illinois, where she lived for the rest of her life. She had three children: Edith, Francis and Louise. She died on February 25, 1921 in Joliet, Illinois (showing 500 of 896 characters). |
