| Henry Ackley Sackett was born in New Jersey in 1877. Sackett was a resident of Washington, DC in 1890-92, New York City in 1900, and San Francisco in 1905-06. In 1925 he went to Portland, Oregon to cut silhouettes at Oaks Amusement Park. His last years were spent in the Oregon State Mental Hospital. He died there in 1938.
