Jean Louis Marcel Cosson (1878-1956)
Marcel Cosson was born in Bordeaux, France in 1878.
Cosson
exhibited at the Salon des Artistes Français where he won an honorable
mention in 1901 and a third place medal in 1911. He also showed his
work at the Salon de la Société Nationale des Beaux-Arts and at the
Salon des Tuileries.
Cosson painted the lives and lifestyles of
Paris. He was a Post-Impressionist in technique and style. His
fascination with theat (showing 500 of 702 characters). |
