The following, submitted September 2004, is from Charn Franklin Floyd, daughter of Charlotte White Franklin.
Charlotte White Franklin was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in April 1913. She received her Bachelors of Fine Art from Temple University in Philadelphia in 1945, Bachelors of Science in Education from Temple University in 1946, and in 1947 she received her Masters of Fine Art from Tyler School of Art in Philadelphia. In 1957 Franklin attended the Instituto San Miguel Allende, (showing 500 of 1437 characters). |
