From Wisconsin, Thomas earned his BFA degree from the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design in 1964 and his MFA degree from the University of Illinois in 1966. He came to Boston in 1969 after teaching art and design at Cornell University. He maintains studios in Boston and Provincetown, Massachusetts.
Artist's Statement
As an artist I feel as if I am in the unique position of being a recorder of my environment. As a painter it is my desire to address those issues of the human exper (showing 500 of 4478 characters). |
