An artist and educator, Zubel Kachadoorian was born in 1924 in Michigan, and died at his home on March 29, 2002. After graduation from Fordson High School, Mr. Kachadoorian attended
several American Art schools and studied with Francis De
Erdely and Carlos Lopez. He was awarded the Pepsi-Cola
Midwest Fellowship, Prix-de Rome Fellowship, American Academy in Rome,
Italy, Richard and Linda Rosenthal Award, National Institute of Arts
and Letters, Creative Artists Grant in Sculptu (showing 500 of 1570 characters). |
