| Frank E. Cutler was born in Connecticut on September 1, 1858. Cutler a resident of Bridgeport, CT in 1900 and during 1905-07 he was living in Oakland. He ferried to San Francisco where he was a scene painter at the Central Theater. By 1910 he was working in Seattle and by 1920 had settled in San Mateo, California where he remained until his demise on March 27, 1953.
