| | Donald Cameron McFadyen was born in Dixon, CA on Jan. 12, 1893. McFadyen studied at the San Francisco Institute of Art in 1912-13. By 1926 he had settled in Los Angeles and taught there for many years at the Frank Wiggins School. He died there on March 1, 1941. | Source:
