| Carl P. Talle was born in Kansas in 1880. Talle was in Meade, SD in 1920. A few years later he settled in Pasadena and studied at Otis Art Institute. For a few years he lived in New Mexico where he painted western life. He died in Pasadena on August 10, 1935.
