| | Born in Ohio on Dec. 18, 1891. After serving in WWI, Westbrook settled in Los Angeles in the 1920s. While working as an architect, he etched in his leisure. Many of his etchings done during the 1920s were of the High Sierra. He was a resident of Los Angeles until his demise on June 30, 1957. | Source:
